Come and get involved in growing followers of Jesus around the world by participating in our Operation Christmas Child event. We will be praying, praising and packing gift-filled shoeboxes together for children living in poverty. Every shoebox is a powerful message of love with the potential to transform the lives of children and their families around the world through the Good News of Jesus Christ!
- 1pm – Prayer and praise time together
- 1:30pm – Shoebox packing working bee
(there will be jobs for everyone, even ways for kids to get involved!)
This is what you need to know:
- Bring items ready to pack in shoeboxes (see suggestions below)
- Or, just come and pack gifts that have already been donated.
- We need $9 postage for every box we donate, so bring a donation in an envelope marked ‘Operation Christmas Child’, or place in offering box after your church service
